Staff Spotlight - Carrie Timmer

Staff Spotlight: Carrie Timmer

Carrie Timmer has been a Success Coach at Lincoln for seven years and is truly one of the backbones of our school. Her hardworking and caring personality shines through in everything she does. From leading Be Nice lessons and organizing PBIS celebrations to helping plan fun activities, Carrie is always willing to jump in wherever she is needed. She is a helpful, go-to person around the school and is always looking for ways to support students and staff.

One of Carrie’s greatest strengths is her ability to meet students where they are each day. Whether a student is having a great day or a tough one, Carrie takes the time to connect with them, offer support, and help them feel better so they can finish their day on a positive note.

When asked what she loves most about Lincoln, Carrie shared that watching students grow and change from junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten through third grade is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Being able to work with many students over several years and see their progress is something she truly treasures.

Outside of school, you can find Carrie with a book in hand, caring for her plants, or cheering on a child at their sporting events.

We are thankful for Carrie’s kindness, dedication, and willingness to do whatever it takes to make Lincoln a wonderful place for students and staff. Thank you, Carrie, for all that you do each and every day!
